Vendor Set Up Instruction

Vendor set up will take place on Friday July 31st between the hours of 5am and 10pm sharp. We will have ushers at the venue entrance, from there our move in team will escort you to your display space.  We will not be able to bring vehicles into the building to unload. We suggest you bring hand trucks and carts to move your goods into your booth as the venue will not supply any equipment for moving in. 

Another alternative is that we will be offering a small window for those that can’t make it into town Friday night; there will be an opportunity to roll in on Saturday Morning August 1st between 6am and 9am.  If this is something you would like to take advantage of, please contact Andy Goodman directly on 717-307-5466 to set up a specific time for early roll-in. We do highly urge everyone to set up Friday night but do understand that may not be possible for everyone. 

After you are settled in your space, please check in at registration which will be in the front lobby – it is imperative that you check in to pick up your wristbands and important documents before 9am on Saturday August 1st.  Please note you will not be able to get into the building on Saturday after 10am without your wristbands on securely, and they will not be replaced if lost. Please check your vendor packet before leaving the registration table to confirm your pass count.
 

Our objective is to make your experience as pleasant as possible to roll in, we understand that it can get hectic and we will be doing everything in our power to streamline the process to make it easy and enjoyable for everyone, but we need your help.  Please pull your trailer and/or support vehicle away from the front entrance once unloaded and into a designated parking location. Also, please avoid blocking the aisle ways with your content the best you can.  If we all work together, we can make the show set up easy and enjoyable for everyone.
